Shıppıng and Delıvery Condıtıons

1. Shipping and Delivery Assurance

All your orders are securely and discreetly packaged. The courier or shipping company does not know the contents of the package. Necessary information is written on the box of your products.

2. Shipping

Except for products specified as express shipping, if your order arrives outside of working hours, it will be loaded within the first 3 (three) working days following the order.  In order for the products to be shipped to you, all necessary payment processes must be completed.

3.Privacy

In order for us to track that you have received your products, only your signature is required during delivery. If you are not at the address when the cargo arrives, do not worry, a note will be left at your door with the address where you need to pick up your package. If you are unable to collect your package, it will be shipped back to us approximately 1 (one) week later.

4. Delivery and Pricing

When you order your products, they will be delivered to you with the discounted shipping rate of our partnered courier company, provided that the shipping fee is paid upon delivery. Free shipping services may be offered during certain periods and promotions. This practice is only applicable within Turkey. For shipments outside Turkey and to Northern Cyprus (KKTC), the shipping will be subject to international pricing, and the customer will be contacted for information regarding these charges.
